Saw PA Joshua Loew today and he was very kind. We just switched to NMH and our provider is in BP, but due to my kid needing to be seen right away per his provider, we had to find an available appointment and got in with Joshua Loew. Happy we did. He was clear and I was able to understand everything we discussed at the appointment. The nurse assistant was nice and the front desk was also very kind and friendly. That is something that is not seen at all, so I really appreciate seeing her smile on the way in and out.
This place is so great. Sonya at the front desk is incredibly kind and can't be topped as far as customer service. Russell Eide is the single best doc I've ever had. He has what most seem to lack: compassion, competency, and humanity.
The Lab at North Memorial-New Hope is awesome. Mary, in particular, is great at drawing blood with no discomfort to me (I have small veins and this is not always an easy task). The Lab technicians are the best.
