I came here last minute after suffering a concussion and I got to schedule easily online for a same day appointment. I got in quickly after check in and the staff was attentive. I had Jennifer Gray, PA and she really cares about her patients and listen to what you say! I have to say this one of the more punctual health clinics I've been to! Highly recommend!
Great experience. My mother and I both receive care here. We both see Sarah Ake, PA-C and she is wonderful. Every staff member I have come in contact with is knowledgeable, helpful and professional. I also think the North Memorial network, in general, is great and fits my needs.
Straight forward and professional clinic with warm and intelligent staff. Easy parking and access. Services include a wide array of diagnosing and efficient referrals. They made me feel I could control the direction of my care.
