Shane Setzer at All Elements has been wonderful. I called him on recommendation from a colleague a couple of years ago as our roof was aging. Our insurance company was not going to help us with the roof, and Shane continued to be patient and helpful with us, always responsive and willing to give us the answers we needed as we got ourselves in a position to replace it. The crew was great, they were fast, they were kind, and so far we have found next to nothing in the way of missed cleanup. Plus the new roof looks great!
