Absolutely excellent customer service. I called and asked a few questions about my Black Knight and the guys in service had no problems answering any questions I had and helping me resolve my issues. First year with an Ice Castle brand house but have had multiple other brand houses and this is by far one of the best most spacious houses out there. Being 32' long and having a slide out is great. The 8300 lbs is a dry weight on this house. Loaded out I pulled it across the scale and it was just shy of 10,000lbs. One thing I have learned so far from using this house is that running the fireplace on lowest heat setting helps a ton with the furnace... read full review

Ice Castle continues to exceed expectations. This marks my second experience with Ice Castle, and I am impressed by their responsiveness to my creative design. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you are seeking a comfortable and stylish ice house fishing experience.

Brett and his team are the real deal! If you want to experience Minnesota nice these are the guys to get with if you are in the market for a top-quality fish house and or RV, get one from these guys!
