Absolutely excellent customer service. I called and asked a few questions about my Black Knight and the guys in service had no problems answering any questions I had and helping me resolve my issues.
First year with an Ice Castle brand house but have had multiple other brand houses and this is by far one of the best most spacious houses out there. Being 32' long and having a slide out is great. The 8300 lbs is a dry weight on this house. Loaded out I pulled it across the scale and it was just shy of 10,000lbs.
One thing I have learned so far from using this house is that running the fireplace on lowest heat setting helps a ton with the furnace not running so often. I can run the fireplace on low and it doesn't have any affect on my 3500 watt generator. As of now I'm very happy with my ice castle and will continue to be a customer.
