I booked an appointment online for the Ruby Room strictly based off of online reviews and Sandys page on the site. The salon is absolutely gorgeous and super cozy, and sandy is so sweet! I gave her a pretty vague idea of how I wanted my hair and told her I trusted her to run with it. I don’t get my hair done often and a lot of people struggle with how long and thick my hair is so I’ve flopped around from a few salons looking for a god fit, but I’ve found a home at The Ruby Room! I am OBSESSED with how my hair came out and have been getting sooo many compliments! I’ve never felt this good about my hair before! The Ruby room is extremely professional. I called last minute for makeup and was referred to Amber. She is over the top incredible!!!!! She made me look famous on my wedding day! Her smokey eye is AMAZING!!!!!!
Very pleased with the service I received yesterday with Bri. A new stylist with a natural talent. The place is neat, clean and all the Covid protocols in place. I am looking forward to my next visit.
