They were awesome, called me back shortly after leaving a message. They fixed my bay window and another smaller one. I dropped the ice castle off and in 2 days they said it was done. Very happy with the service I received and they were also nice. Thank you Ice Castle you do great service and job!! Thank you so much!
Absolutely excellent customer service. I called and asked a few questions about my Black Knight and the guys in service had no problems answering any questions I had and helping me resolve my issues.
