My pets are not afraid of the vet and eagerly accept the attention and treats from the staff. They are there to make the health of our pets a priority and explain options for care and costs.
I have been taking my cats to Shady Oak for the past 11years because they care. Always great service, from the receptionist, the as stance and all the doctors. They have all shown that they care. We have seen many of the doctors over the years but, Dr. Barb is the favorite. Be prepared to wait for an appointment with her. My cats and I could not be happier.
We had the absolute best experience with our new puppy. The team took so much time answering our questions, making sure we felt confident with this new little critter in our house, and gave us so many great pointers to set us off in the right direction. I can't recommend Shady Oak enough!
