Nick is wonderful to work with. Every time we needed something Nick was right there for us, evenings and weekends he was available to make sure we were all set. Any potential issues that arose during the project were handled, by Nick and his team, swiftly and skillfully. I can not recommend this company enough. Schoenfelder Renovations is completing unit renovations at an apartment complex that I manage. This is such a complex and fast paced project demanding a hands on and organized contractor to get the job done. Marty Kaye is our Project Manager and he has been such a pleasure to work with. He does a fabulous job communicating, he is organized, has a positive attitude, and just gets things done! Since he took over, my stress level has decreased immensely. Highly Recommend!
