We've been using Nice & Neat for almost a year and couldn't be happier! The same team comes every month, so they have a clear understanding of our home and are great with our dog. The Nice & Neat team cleaned my house for the first time recently and I was so pleasantly surprised by how spoiled I felt by the clean feeling and amazing smell! I was impressed with the attention to detail of the two cleaners and their respect for our home and belongings.

Communication is super important when you have people coming into your home; Jenna makes it super easy with fast replies to requests and timely notifications of scheduling changes. The payment side is also seamless with Venmo. The cleaning crew does a great job and is respectful of our home (and is great with our dog). Highly recommend!
