I found Tom through a google search and I definitely picked the right guy!! My family moved to the area from out of state and he guided us through the whole process. Tom showed us the different areas and helped me find the right house for our family. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and goes the extra mile for his clients. Tom sold 3 properties for us in 6 months! He was so helpful in making sugestions for remodeling and upgrades that would help with the sale. He also was spot on when pricing the units so there wasn't a lot of back and forth with the offers. He made all the processes very smooth.
