Terry was filling in at this location the day I called, it was already less than 3 hours to closing time, and I needed a battery replacement done that day. He was able to find time for me, and Chad did a great job getting the van in and out in good time, considering they had to pick up the battery I needed
Dan and Rob made what could have been a bad situation, so smooth and easy. They went ABOVE and beyond to take care of me. Even though it’s a bit of a drive, I will only take my car here.
I've been to a few Midas locations throughout the cities (namely this one, SLP off Excelsior and Apple Valley off Cedar) and have had nothing but good experiences at all of them. Good, honest people that want to make sure their customers are taken care of.
As for this location, Kevin's the man. His light and sarcastic nature makes coming in for work a blast. Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Told him I'm gonna need to get my brakes done soon and got priced at another smaller shop in Minneapolis - he figured out a way to come in lower than that shop, but he looked at the digital inspection before sending it to me, went out and verified the result and said...read full review
