If I could give Chris Kosek and his professional team at Ultimate Restoration, Inc. 10 Stars I would. This is the only company I would ever hire to restore my home after a flood or fire.I have read the other negative reviews and I cannot disagree with them more.The process starts with an emergency phone call, no homeowner ever wants to make: "ummm My house is flooded" and I need immediate help/guidance/counsel on what to do." I was overwhelmed. My sump pump had failed and there was 6 inches of standing water in my fully finished basement.Chris Kosek came out immeidately.
