I cannot say enough about LaMettry’s Collision, more specifically Mike Ballou. I had my brand-new car for only 2 weeks when I was rear ended. Thankfully, when I called the dealership, I was put in touch with the best person possible from LaMettry’s Collision. Upon meeting Mike, I knew immediately I was in good hands. He was super knowledgeable, efficient with a fabulous personality. Mike set everything up. I didn’t even have to pick up my rental car, he had a guy show up at LaMettry’s on the day I dropped my vehicle off. The best part, Mike updated me along the way before I ever even had to ask. Mike and his staff took care of everything, from arranging a rental car to keeping me informed throughout the entire repair process. When the repairs were completed, my car looked brand new.
My car looks brand new after a visit to LaMettry's! The people and process could not have been better! Minor (looking) front end damage was repaired to like-new status. You're in good hands here!
