Caring staff, from the doctors to the receptionists. The visits are very comprehensive and the vets personally call back with test results. Dr. Stefan is patient and answers all my questions, and clearly loves dogs. This clinic was recommended to me by two friends. I love that it is family owned. They make my new puppy feel like she is part of the family, too.

Been going to another nearby vet for 3 years and it always felt like they were winging it — mistakes/miscommunication from them on every visit, and never felt like they knew how to interact with me as the owner.

Do not hesitate. 5 stars. I was floored by the night and day difference — this is truly a clinic for your pet with knowledgeable and caring staff who can talk to you competently human to human as the owner/dog parent and show personalized care for your pet.

Stefan and Brendon were great with Jamie; 3 shots without Jamie even noticing, and allowed me to help distract Jamie with treats for a quick blood draw.

The new client exam was thorough and not rushed. Asked me questions and let me ask questions.

Cost was on par with our former vet but the level of professionalism/logistics and patient care from appointment setup on phone, to check in, to exam, consultation, checkout was 10x better. Major props to this whole team!

Needed a quick appointment for my cat, and they were able to get me in same day. All staff were exceptionally friendly and quick.

Edit: It has been several years and we are still loyal to Gehrman. We have worked with Dr. Ian, Dr. Andrea, Dr. Cam, and Dr. Stephen. They are extremely understanding and do a great job explaining procedures and medications. They are all so great, I can't even choose a favorite. I love that I can trust Sophie's health with any of them because shes my everything.

The staff who helped remove her stitches last week were amazing. Sophie was not cooperating at all and you can absolutely tell that they have fear free training and genuinely care for your pet.

I recommend this hidden gem to anyone and everyone that I can. Thank you so much!
