Mitchell went above and beyond to help me compare carpets & prices and find the right carpet for my project. I had a flood in my basement and initially made the mistake of using a contractor who tried to cheat me with cheap carpet (replacing my high-end nylon carpet with low-end polyester). When I realized the new carpet didn't feel right, I went to Carpet King for help, and Mitchell really saved me. So helpful, responsive, and friendly! Provided me all the information I needed to refute the false claims from my first contractor and force him to remove the cheap stuff. The team at Flooring Expo by Carpet King in Plymouth did a great job of providing one on one advice and expertise. I explained what I was looking for and within a couple of minutes they had the perfect match available. On top of the service, they were reasonable when discussing price and finalizing the sale. I would definitely purchase from them again! (and I am not related to anyone that works there)
