I have been to at least 5 or 6 locations in MN over the years and they are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about products and beds. We went to the Minnetonka location today off HWY 7. I got a new lotion today at 40% off, and she did not make me feel bad about wanting to just start out with their 2 for 10 dollar deal on level one. She also informed me I could upgrade since I had this deal whenever I want before vacation. I didnt get her name, but she has black and red hair. She was amazing and deserves a raise! Her customer service is wonderful! She really knew how to sell those tanning lotions. I would 100% recommend 5$ Tan!
I went to the Minnetonka $5 dollar tan. This was my first time getting a spray tan so I was kind of nervous. Kathleen who was at the desk helped me pick the right shade and showed me how to use the machine. She was great! I was a lot less nervous after she explained how it all worked. I like the salons. There seems to be a lot of options for beds (almost too many) which is great. That makes it easier to do a quick reservation. I'd give one more star if all the bed options were available at most salons. Understandably, space is an issue, but it means driving around town to try all the beds in the tiers. Doable, just not ideal.
