When my mother had passed away a year before,she had set up plans with Washburn- McReavy . My brother Jim had taking care of any other paperwork or questions that needed answering . I believe at that time he had set up his funeral arrangements a d plan . When he became ill I was able to move forward and pay the balance off ,which eased my mind moving forward . When Jim passed ,you were very professional ,quick in reaching out to me ,answering any questions I had and then helping me go through any thing else that needed taking care of . Very good to reach out this week ,to see how I was doing ,and reassuring me that I could send you a message if I needed any help . Thank you !

Washburn-McReavy provided excellent service to our family to arrange our mother's viewing, cremation and memorial service. The funeral director and staff were highly professional, capable, responsive, and genuinely empathetic for our family's loss. They provided excellent guidance and follow through on all communication and logistics related to the service, including coordination of services provided by the cemetery and other service providers. I highly recommend them.

This was our 3rd funeral at Washburn McReavy. They asked that I provide a review. We worked with Sam Sheffield-West. He was unsympathetic & was cold & curt in his responses when we would ask questions. He left us being very sad & frustrated in a time of grief.

I am grateful for their skillful handling of my husband's memorial and funeral service, giving me time and space to just be with family and friends, without worrying about behind the scenes details.

The worst place ever. Insensitive. Careless.These ppl blame every bogus body on medication which in our case wasn’t the truth. I’ve done services for 3 people and everyone I’ve done looks like the else version of Emit Till. It’s disturbing when that’s the last vision and your family looks absolutely nothing like they did before they died.During a body pick up of my grandmother, some reason felt the need to take her out of a mobile hospital bed and placed her on the floor just to put her in a bag. As her caregiver, watching their process they could’ve keep her in bed and used the roll technique. This place sucks! One staff member says “your family member isn’t the only one thats died” smh The body was literally leaking with a puddle. She looked like a scene out of beetle juice. I hate this place.

I would not let them ever do anything for a family member again the only thing Thay do rite is take your money.We had my Mothers Funeral at the Hopkins location. No prayer card that we’d paid for a 10 minute service. No one show for the Priest they arrange to come out to Fort Snelling for my mother and the service at Fort Snelling was all of two minutes and we were told we could take a flower and leave and that was done by a funeral director I would never use them again for anything a true disgrace for my 89-year-old mother’s funeral embarrassing
