I've spent the last 3 decades of my life in fear of my former husband. The physical abuse became apart of my daily life and I never thought I'd ever be free. After his last attempt on my life via strangulation in 2022 I got the courage to escape March 25, 2023, since the time he's made my life hell still. The TrueCare moving team moved several thousand sq ft of extremely fragile scientific and industrial equipment for me on short notice, in record time. The team of 7, including the company owner for part of the time, worked about 12 hours straight to get it done. I haven't inspected every single item yet, but it looks like there's zero damage.
The team even packed my equipment, (which wasn't part of my original plan, hah). I couldn't believe they got everything moved within the timelines I needed to meet, helped me set up, and even stayed within the quoted budget. I had a flawless experience with TrueCare movers. First of all, the customer service was phenomenal. Communication during the whole process from start to finish was prompt and plentiful. I was never left in the dark about anything. Secondly, the actual move was finished in under two hours. I was so impressed by how efficient and good the two movers were. They were both super nice guys and made the whole process super smooth. I wish I remembered the two guys' names (if anyone from TrueCare is reading this, I'm sure you have them on file.
