Top Notch got someone out to us as early as possible to clean a clog from our main drain line. Tech was friendly, efficient, and took care of replacing an old trap that leaked when it was re-assembled. We have called on Top Notch for pesky sewer issues twice in the last few years. The first time a plumber was trouble shooting some issues and tracked the problem to the main line sewer . He suggested Top Notch and called them for me. I spoke with the lady who said she could have someone out in less than an hour. In 30 minutes we got a call from a technician telling us he's ten minutes away. He quoted rates again and it took less than an hour to clear roots from the line. Fast response time we had Steve come out and he did a amazing job as well as help us get a better understanding on what the problem was he was very professional I definitely would not mind referring the company to any one who finds themselves in trouble with plumbing
