My friend and I came for Mother’s Day! It was a perfect place to both dig our feet in and kick our feet up! It was warm inside with calm music and the perfect amount of salty air. We chose to be seated but there were yoga mats available as well! We definitely would like to come back! Bonus points for being able to book online!

This is less a review than a love letter to the Salt Cave. I think it was 2018 when I was having chronic bouts of bronchitis that my daughter introduced me to the Salt Cave. It has since then become my healing spot for my asthma. I'm a nurse so I'm not suggesting you stop medication! NO! Not on my watch!! But to go in and lay in such a relaxing space, allowing yourself to breathe in as deeply as possible, leaving the cave and hours later realizing you can breathe all the way down to the bottom of your lungs; is a beautiful thing. I am now learning how to be retired and it has become my centering space. The Salt Cave is a place of healing. Thank you for this... read full review

Very relaxing! We did a group sound bath in the upstairs salt cave. The cave is absolutely beautiful too! Very relaxing and grounding with feet buried in salt.alkergies felt better after the session .
Sara at the front desk was so friendly and helpful when I came back to pick up my lamp I purchased and forgot in my relaxed state. I will be back. Thanks
