I’m not one to leave reviews but as a first time customer this was seriously the best cut and styling experience I’ve ever had. Torrie was super kind and knowledgeable, she really met me where I was at and gave personalized and accessible styling/product suggestions that I actually can (and want) to use, which feels like a first!!

I was to be a model for 4B/4C hair and the communication between the staff was terrible. It was arranged with Terra (who was great) but when time came for the appointment in the middle of the morning on a work day I was told that they went with another model because they were waiting for my credit card number. Soooo many things wrong with this. I was not asked for a credit card number. I double checked my email and phone with no appointment confirmation or requests for a credit card number and I actually don't know why they would even need a credit card number prior to my visit. I was told that I was called or emailed, I absolutely was not. I am so glad I called... read full review
