Jon Simon, Simon Construction, has completed a number of projects in our home and we continue to be very pleased with the quality of his work and attention to detail. Before any work is begun, Jon is very good at specing a project, coming up with options and ideas, estimating cost and, most importantly, managing the budget. Jon is also very good at project management and keeping his customers informed as the work progresses. Being a master craftsman, we look forward to working with Jon and Simon Construction on future projects.

We dealt with Phil and Hector. Phil was very knowledgeable and helpful. Hector was in charge, and he was extremely organized, knowledgeable, and made it very easy to continue running our business while they redid our flat roof. They finished it in 2 days so we and our guests would not be inconvenienced for a longer period of time.With most contractors, there is need to stay on top of the job to make sure no one is cutting corners and everything is being done properly.
