Sem Family Locksmith deserves all the praise for their outstanding lock repair services. I had a faulty lock at my business premises, and their locksmiths quickly identified and fixed the issue. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing quality service is truly impressive. I'm extremely satisfied with their work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring lock repairs.
This is to amend a negative review I posted from 2/10/2016. The company has since come under new management. While reviewing their invoices, etc, they came across our situation, we now live in Texas, and they contacted us and offered a sincere apology along with a partial refund, which I received in the mail today. I believe if this situation were to come up again, their response would be much more customer service oriented. We appreciate them taking the time to correct this bad impression! Roger West
