We had a wonderful experience working with Refuge Design and Landscape on our backyard. We had recently moved into our first home and the backyard was covered in playground turf and overgrown with weeds. We were overwhelmed and in dire need of help. Matt helped develop a vision to make the yard not just usable, but a place we really love being. The crew worked magic and in just a couple of days, they had put down grass seed for a turf area, put in a beautiful shade perennial garden under and around our giant maple tree, and created a sweet little area for seating. Highly recommend working with them, especially if you’re lost and need guidance you can trust.

Matt was incredibly responsive and articulate in his design for our backyard patio. He respected my time and worked with me to find a price-point within my budget. From inquiry to installation, the process was efficient and hassle-free. The crew on ground were utmost professional, being mindful and friendly to our (nosy) dogs and had the whole patio done in roughly 3 days. Beautiful craftsmanship. Will continue to work with Refuge Design on my future backyard upgrades.
