This place never picks up call. Not reachable. I have been calling and leaving messages. No one call back. It is like ghost organization where no body respond. I opted them for my son autism cdss in November and still no one is responsible.

This is by far the worst place. They never listen to you. They don't help you at all. They don't even return your phone calls. I've been trying to get rid of them for almost half a year. They keep saying that another agency won't take us but I highly doubt that. They're rude, disrespectful, and do not care about anything that you voice.

Don't do it if you can't go somewhere else I've been getting passed around like a Newport at a crack house literally finding another place to work can't get in contact with no one no one called you back when they're supposed to they don't bother to even check on you they transfer in and out and shuffle you around like a deck of cards at any given day your worker will quit you'll get passed around to someone who's already sick of their job or new and overwhelmed done with them literally trying to find someone else to work with and another agency to boot which I doubt will be much better good luck to those willing to stick it out but I am out and I am calling my ombudsman...read full review
