I have put off leaving this review for a while because but after the phone call I got from this place yesterday ive decided it is time to share my experience. I have three cats and a dog at home. All of whom were taken to Pet Central. All of whom always got taken in for there yearly check up. One of my cats is older and since we've had we have known he has kidney disease. Getting Pet Central to actually listen to us a treat our cat for a known illness he had was impossibly hard. When you have a pet that you take to their primary health provider and you tell them about a known issue with you pet that you need there help problem solving and making sure you pet isn't in a excessive amount of pain and you just expect to not have the doctors not read your records before the room and get your pets name wrong and have rude staff being so short with you and having to beg the doctors over the phone to talk to you about what's going on. You will get no compassion from this company if you have a sick pet. Having older or sick pets is not what this company is good at. The only value in this place is if you know your pet is healthy and you want to be in and out of the vet with your pet and only get the required vaccinations. If you want actual care or empathy from this company you are in the wrong place. Now we are finally onto the reason of this review. Yesterday after a year and a half I get a call from someone wanting to set up appointments for my pets because they noticed we hadn't been in for a while. Wow great thoughts to make sure pets are being cared for. BUT FORGOT 50% OF MY PETS. instead of taking 2 more minutes of looking at my file to call me for your money grab and try to bully me into a appointment you forgot 2 of my 4 pets existed. And this is the main problem with this place. It has been over a year and a half since I've stepped foot into your place so all of my animals would be due for a check up and shots and you were to concerned about the money I could bring in than to actually call about all of my pets like you should of. The employee who was on the phone was also the closest person I have ever spoken to and truly just didn't care. She also spoke over when trying to make sure I knew that they were sorry and she'll pass my info on to the practice management. Babe where was this energy a year amd a half ago where the doctors called us 2 minutes before the phones tired off for the day leaving us messages to call back and then we couldn't get a hold of a vet for days afatwars to get any info on the tests that you guys bothered to even recommended to us. I begged this place to take better care of my pet and they didn't do anything or help in any way. How dare you after a year and a half try this gross money grab and not even ask about my cat that you didn't care enough to care for that we paid you to care for. You didn't even bother to follow up with me to check on the condition of my older cat with kidney disease after we had to be pushed by to the u of m for the care and spend miles more money on tests that are readily available at your clinic that you either didn't want to do or don't have the skill set to actually accomplish the skills you say you have. How dare you call yourself a vet. You don't care for pets or people. We now going to Ghermain Animal clinic 10/10 recommend and they have been the most pleasant people and so kind and gentle to my elderly cat with kidney disease and go above and beyond every visit to make sure he is comfortable.

Had a grooming appointment this past Thursday and experienced car trouble. I live quite close— but not close enough to walk there in time for the appointment for which I was running late. She came and picked my little buddy up.
The grooming services were 10/10 as usual— but the willingness to help when I needed it was even more appreciated.
Thank you! Gunner looks dapper as heck, btw— they gave him a little red bow tie. 🎀

From the time my Sam and I walk into the building until we walk out is always a great experience! Staff and veterinarians are top notch, very kind and take such good care of my pooch!

Pet Central Vet is AWESOME! The front staff (Toni, Heather, Nichola, etc.) the doctors, and groomers (Oksanna & Ava) are so compassionate and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend this vet and the groomers!

The senior front desk lady was super rude and unwelcoming. The vet tech was rude to me in front of the vet, and the vet did nothing about it. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Maybe that is just how they like to treat men. (All were rude women) They also won’t stop hounding me about making another appointment. Bring your pets somewhere else.

Pet Central was my go-to vet for my best buddy, and they always took exceptional care of him. The staff are all so friendly and compassionate, and do a great job of making the pets they care for feel at ease and taken care of. When it came time to say goodbye to my dog, Pet Central went above and beyond in making the experience as comfortable as possible, and I will be forever grateful for how much love and compassion each staff member put into their work and taking great care of my buddy in his final moments and days after.

I vet here with my cat and they’ve been nothing short of wonderful. They are thoughtful, explain things well, and are upfront with pricing. It goes without saying that they love up on their patients too!
