It’s a reasonable way of communicating until It isn’t . The problem lies in their system. All your information is loaded, age, children etc. However it isn’t set to stop at age 18. They will continue to auto renew if you are not aware. I’ve paid for 2 yrs unnecessarily. When I emailed and contacted their service for a refund in may within 30 days of renewal, I kept receiving the same email over and over to provide a code and click a link that kept circling back to the same screen, triggering the same email again and again.
Since requesting the refund, I have had zero communication. Terrible customer service

Recently, I had an account issue and spoke with Luna, who was incredibly knowledgeable and quick to understand my problem. She resolved it right away and made the process smooth and stress-free. She’s truly a valuable asset to the company!
