I had a great experience getting my leather purse repaired at Old World Cobbler. I brought it in due to an issue with the strap falling off from faulty hardware. Alex installed new hardware and additionally buffed several scratches so my bag is looking brand new. I would absolutely recommend!

I bought a pair of vintage campus boots from eBay and they needed to be resoled, so I took them to Old World Cobbler and Alex ensured I was in great hands. He was so communicative and helpful throughout the repair process, and even took the extra time needed to ensure any rotting inside of the boot was removed.
