Neighborhood is a great spot. The shop is clean, calm, and welcoming. I found it a comfortable place to get a tattoo.
I specifically got my tattoo with Ian Richards and I cannot say enough good things about him. He took my inspiration drawings and drew what I asked for while adding his own personal style. He worked with me through last minute details, taking my input seriously, offering opinions when asked but never pushing. If you ever need a needle break - he will gladly give it to you, just ask. You my girl Cody Rose @talkcutetome on Instagram is the absolute best manga tattoo artist in the twin cities. I have followed her from other shops because she does such good work. Fun person to talk to and does very good detailed work. If you are getting something so permanent, do your research and choose an artist you trust. I have chatted with a few of the artists as there and all very nice. They seem to all set very reasonable prices and communicate well. They all take their craft seriously and all their work looks good. 10/10 spot.

First time client, really pleased with the results. The shop has lots of windows, felt very open and clean. Really relaxed atmosphere, worked with Cody Rose to get my design right and it was quick in the chair. It turned out looking great and I’ve gotten tons of compliments, easy five stars.
