I had some shirts picked up for cleaning and delivery return. The order was picked up on May 22. On the following Tuesday I had not received any updates so called the Minneapolis location and they said I would have my shirts delivered on Friday, May 30th. I called on Saturday and got the run around at one point they could not find the order, then I was told it was ready, and I could drive to St Paul to get it or they may be able to deliver it on Sunday. I called Sunday morning and was told the shirts were not ready yet, but they would check...I was put on hold for 16 minutes and now they are not answering the phone when I call back. Mulberrys once had great service, and I loved them. Their service has drastically declined to a beyond unacceptable level.

As a warning, Mulberries has a 24 hour policy in their terms and conditions to report damage to garments. Unfortunately, I did not notice the snags in my suit jacket until I went to wear it two months later. The company cited the terms and conditions and wished me well. See attached for snags in my jacket and check your items carefully within 24 hours.

I would not recommend this business for mending your clothes. I paid $60 for my jacket to still have a visible rip in the back. On top of that I never got a message when my coat was ready for pick up….not a great experience. I will be taking my mending needs elsewhere.

I bring my clothes that require dry cleaning exclusively to Mulberrys primarily because they do a reliably good job. I also appreciate that their customer service is courteous and professional. Today I dropped off two wool coats, one rather valuable due to its age and rarity, but more importantly, it’s sentimental value. It was covered in my American Bulldog’s fur, who I lost to bone cancer less than a year ago. The woman behind the counter was incredibly kind and empathetic to my circumstances and took several minutes to just talk with me about him and then shared her story about her own dog’s passing not long ago. The connection to our humanity, and genuine rapport with one’s clientele is a key factor in my decisions about where I spend my money. Many thanks for a job well done and an experience that I will share with my friends and family.

I only used this dry cleaner one time, but I won't be returning. When I dropped off my clothes, there was an issue with their computer and the sales agent told me someone would call me to set up my delivery. No one ever called. When I eventually called the store, the person on the phone was rude and blamed me for the issue. So no delivery and lousy customer service.

Horrible service! Brought a trench coat in for dry cleaning and they somehow lost a strap for it. Can’t seem to find it (?). Offer for compensation toward a new one was “store credit”. No thanks! Next time, look for a dry cleaner that does their work on site.

I walked into Mulberry with a white puffy vest jacket from Northface that was pretty stained with yellow and brown stains from use over the years and I walked out with a bright white jacket like it was new! Well done.
