Love my provider hate the support staff.
I’m starting a new job in April and messaged asking to change my appointment to virtual. I have been a long time patient and get treated like a criminal. Desiree P stated that I needed to COMPLETE labs before she could change my appointment to virtual. Being a month before my appointment I personally found it useless to get labs done early so I questioned her. Then she said she would change it if labs are SCHEDULED. I have had great experiences with my provider, Dr. Darin Ruanpeng. Some people have bad experiences with Fairview, and some have had good. If you’re skeptical because of the bad reviews you read, see if Dr. Ruanpeng is accepting new patients because I promise that you won’t be disappointed. She’s wonderful. So professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She REALLY listens and makes you feel heard.

I had a good initial appointment. The doctor was very knowledgeable and shared some great information and advise. I didn't feel rushed and everyone i came in contact with was pleasant. I almost canceled due to poor reviews, but im glad I didn't. If you are considering going here, you should.
