My uncle got sepsis after surgery, currently in hospital right now not that hospital. Let him go after high blood pressure. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING THERE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE.

Booked an appointment to establish care with a new primary care provider (Jonathan Popko) a month and a half in advance. I arranged for time off work. I e-Checked in and confirmed the appointment and did all the questionnaires on MyChart in advance. I got myself here 15 minutes ahead of the time I was told to, only to be told that the provider actually went home. First they said he'd gone home because I didn't confirm the appointment, and said they'd called me and left a voicemail. Once we confirmed that no phone call or voicemail actually happened and I had indeed confirmed the appointment, they said he'd gone home sick and said they could fit me in for the soonest appointment...in another month. I'll give them credit for trying and being polite, but why on Earth would I book another appointment so I can take time off work to do this all again next month?
I haven't had a primary care doctor in years. With this experience, I won't be trying again any time soon, and certainly never here.

Dr. Totoe and the team are very good and efficient at what they do. I had anxiety about the process before coming here. They explained the I-693 process very well and made it smoother journey for us.

The provider selected a hospital for our delivery that was considered out-of-network. Benefits and PA were not verified by the billing team prior to this leaving us with a large bill. M Health Fairview takes no accountability for this.

Previous review edited by them. Lies in medical records. Wouldn’t assess me in any capacity. Wouldn’t send medical records after long holds. Didn’t see to care support or allow me to voice problems to a number that could play contempt. Contempt smiles and disrespect out of the staff. Awful attitudes and snyle staff

Dr. Darnell is professional, experienced, and kind. I had a difficult surgery that another OB/Gyn clinic/doctor was unable to perform (it was not within Fairview) that Dr. Darnell and the team completed with no issues. The recovery and post op appointments have also gone smoothly. I highly recommend Dr. Darnell and this clinic!

It had been a very long time since I started working with a new primary care doctor so it was really daunting to start over, however, my experience with Johnathan Popko has been very positive and helpful so far! I feel confident that he is invested in the care he provides and look forward to seeing him again (hopefully for just the routine reasons of course)!
