I've been going to Mitsue at Liv n Reed salon for the past 20 years. She is the best stylist in the Twin Cities. She listens and will make sure she understands what you want by summarizing her interpretation of what you're requesting.
She will not cut or color your hair until she has a comprehensive understanding of what you want.
She is the only person I trust and so should you!

I highly recommend going here. Mitsue knows exactly what I want and never fails. I have serious trust issues with stylists, and she makes me feel comfortable and at ease. The salon is cute and a great ambiance. Everyone there is personable and approachable.

It is located in uptown by Lake Calhoun. Great service and care. Clean, friendly, and professional. Appointments are usually preferred, but she is great at getting you in when you need her to. Color, highlights, trim, cut, men, women, all of it.

I just got my haircut by Mitsue and I will start with my only complaint which is that at $90 after tip, it is very expensive for a 30 min mens cut and so I will probably find a more reasonably priced stylist. That being said, if that is in your price range, overall it was a very good experience. She was very friendly and talked through what I wanted with my hair, I was very satisfied with the cut and she gave me great advice on how to style it going forward.Service: Hairstyling
