My experience was amazing!! I did my research and was very impressed with Maisee and her work. I’m so glad I went through with her cause she did beyond my expectations. I cannot express the amount of joy and happiness I felt leaving that salon. This truly was the uplifting and confidence boosted I needed going back to reality in Milwaukee. Where to even begin.. I had originally planned on scheduling my appointment online, but I wanted to make sure I was receiving exactly what I wanted and that LL also allotted enough time. I opted into calling to book my appointment over the phone. I knew my designs were going to take a bit of skill, which I felt confident in as I had looked over LL’s instagram. I was assured over the phone that my designs were possible and I was EXCITED. Come to appointment day and I was greeted by both the receptionist (I’m so sorry I forget your name!) and Elizabeth warmly. Elizabeth had screenshotted the video to get different grabs of the nails, took time to fill my old acrylics (telling me about lifting, getting a new set my next fill, and the benefits of gel x). I opted to just fill my old set, but with the information she provided on gel x, I’m excited to hopefully try that out next! Back to my nails, Elizabeth already had colors in mind, and also mixed colors to match the inspo/ideas perfectly. I’ve never had so much attention to my nails, or the details on my nails. This was also done in 2.5 hours! (Which, might seem long but to take into account her manager duties, choosing colors, washing hands, getting supplies, etc, I was blown away). All of my friends are in love with my nails, and I am too! I honestly can’t stop looking at them. Elizabeth brought my dreams to life, can’t wait to show them off at Taylor Swift this weekend!Services: Nail art

Update: Oh my gosh this was one of the best experiences I've ever had getting my nails done. I was super nervous coming in to the appointment and contacted them through email beforehand. Each time management and the front desk staff helped me calm my fears and answered all of my questions. Once I got to the appointment Kamee was amazing and talked me through the process. I can't wait to go back and try out different designs.One thing to note is that I got black but in the sun it showed up a dark blue. Still looked really good though!I haven't even had my appointment yet but the staff have been super helpful already. They've called me when I had questions and explained things I wasn't sure about for nail extensions. I had to write this review because of their amazing customer service so far. The owners Mum did my nails and goodness, she is so sweet and I absolutely love them. They turned out better than I hoped for. The only place I will do my nails now. Both my mani and pedi turned out great

Outstanding nail spa in downtown. Meticulously done mani pedi by top artist Anna is a must. Worth every penny. She’s my new regular. Spa is gorgeous- clean, modern, comfy retreat steps from downtown offices. Easy booking and reminders, great communication! ??Services: Polish removal

I saw Christina Y. For a gel manicure and her work is amazing! I got a black tipped French "Dirty French" and she killed it! I moved from San Francisco and her talent rivals the services I got there. So glad I walked by! The interior is fabulous, super comfortable, and cozy. The guest coordinator was bright and cheerful too! Went to get a pedicure with a friend and will definitely be back! This place is decorated so cute and the nail techs take such great care to make sure your feet look perfect. Highly recommend if you’re looking to pamper yourself ??

I have gone to Little Luxuries NailLounge 3 times already and I'm still absolutely in love with the service. I've gotten almond shaped acrylics eash time. The designs are flawless and the shape is beautiful. I also love that they clean the bottom side of your nails. This is the first Nail Lounge I've gone to that cleans your Nail so neatly. They are also very friendly and want the best for you and your nails. The only regret I have is that I can never go to another Nail salon because I love my nails from here too much. My manager surprised my colleague and me with a manicure of our choice. I opted for a gel manicure with parrafin wax and my coworker chose the acrylic fill. We both loved the process and the final result. My colleague said that it was the best acrylic fill she got of late and that her nail technician was very meticulous.For my experience, I lucked out with Joann, who was an absolute joy to talk with during the whole time. I asked for a natural shape, nothing too pointy or boxy, and she completely "nailed" it (hahahaha). My nails looked amazing (also endorsed by the many compliments thrown my way) and have perfectly held up despite a rigorous week at our sales kickoff.I do have to call out that Joann gave me the BEST hand massage I've ever gotten from a nail technician. Usually, they're very gentle and in my head, I'm always like...I'm not fragile, go at it!!! But Joann knew what's up! I asked if she received any specific massage training and funnily enough, she shared that she's just doing what she would want done for her. Bless her ?This nail lounge is most definitely on the pricier end but if I ever need a manicure in Minneapolis again, I would come back for Joann!P.S.
