2 years worth of lawn care, never once did the trim around the edges (see photo) I had to do it myself after $50 per mow. Illegally disposed of my leaves in the lake behind my house (told me “not to worry about it” when the issue was raised), which got me added to a DNR watchlist. Egregious over-charging when ZERO services were provided. Waited over two weeks only to recieve an incorrect refund and had to call and email several times to get a response. The words don’t match the actions, you will need to micromanage every single service if you hire this company.

It would be cool if their employees asked for permission before opening gates (leaving them wide open) and entering people's backyards.
Neighbor was getting lawn work done, and the workers let themselves into my back yard. Didn't ask. Left the gate wide open. They're lucky my dog wasn't out back.
When I went to ask what they were up to (in my yard), they left their blowers on. One employee blasted the blower directly into my face as he walked past me.

I have had dan and his team doing my lawn work for the 4 years and couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received. Very prompt with his responses to my many requests (and i mean many) via phone and email. I will continue using lawn and turf for years to come.

Great Service, Quick/Clear Communication, and Helpful Advice.They Aerated (in fall) and Power Raked (in spring) my lawn with a quick turn around and reasonable price.I highly recommend Lawn & Turf Corp!

Vendor did not provide a service that completed the service regardless of what they reply with. They were asked to contact the customer prior to the service which they failed to do and contacted when they were on their way to the residential site. They overcharge for the service provided, there are better vendors out there. Company did not reach out after the fact to ensure the service provided was adequate, but hey, part of the business right now. Companies are too busy to make sure their current customers are satisfied. Then when asking for payment, which their website has a very poor setup for payment, "enter the amount you want to pay randomly": and pay it. But then proceed to tell me they could add it to my service the next time that they did not winterize my plants as part of the fall clean up. Trust me when I say there are other companies out there that will do the same fall cleanup in the same price range and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with their service. Lawn & Turf however is not one of them.

I've been using Lawn & Turf services for five years. Never had a single complaint. Crew is courteous and professional. They pay attention to detail and keep a constant schedule. I just wanted to pass on what a great job your lawn crew does each week. They alternate the mowing pattern, blow smooth any built up grass lines left by the mower, and do a great job trimming around all the landscaping and trees. And they are fast. I appreciate the great job they do, and wanted to let you know.I highly recommend them.And the driveway and front walk snow shoveling is also fine well, and much appreciated.It's nice to get all my year round services from the same company.
