Above and beyond expectations! ? Cats were happy and fed, and even showed their faces from time to time around Kim--not something that they often do for strangers! Litter boxes were much cleaner than we left them. Definitely would recommend!

We recently used Kim's Critter Care while we were out of town. Kim took excellent care of our cats and kept everything clean and in order. It was so reassuring to know they were getting daily visits and attention from someone who really cares about pets! I loved the visit summary Kim left, too.
