I’m so happy that I found Karen's Green Cleaning. When the cleaning crew, led by the incredible Ms. Viosoty, arrived, they were pleasant and polite but wasted no time getting started. I notice everything and I’m a stickler for tiny details that a lot of people miss when I try to do my own cleaning. But health challenges and the exhaustion from moving into a new apartment made me reach out for a cleaning company. Karen's Green Cleaning was the only company I felt 100% comfortable doing business with.
Raquel at the office kept me informed, answered every question, and communicated by text so that I could relax and focus on completing the move. The deep clean that the crew provided was simply marvelous. Their unique style and professionalism far exceeded my expectations.
I shed literal tears because of how beautifully my apartment sparkled, and the fresh, cozy scent made it feel like home. Some of those tears were pure relief, of all the cleaning companies in Minnesota, I had thankfully made the perfect choice with Karen's Green Cleaning. And some were because the ladies made me feel honored and respected. I have never had that level of care in my 63 years on this planet, and it moved me so deeply.
