Beautiful facility with many common areas overlooking Cedar Lake and downtown Minneapolis, staff and administration are caring and helpful, many activities and concerts from very gifted musicians.
Both my parents had excellent care from a very caring staff. They enjoyed the food and activities provided to them.
As their primary care giver I enjoyed the responsiveness and care of the professional staff at Jones Harrison.

My mother died here in 2021. When she needed memory care in 2018, we picked a newer place. She had a stroke shotly after, and our memory care did not have a TCU or nursing. So i had to pay 2 months or $16k at the other place while reserving a room at Jones Harrison. Her doctor told me to ask about average length of staff service as a bigger factor than newness. Jones Harrison took great care of my mom, with experienced staff who cared about their patients.
