The PT and OT staff are exceptional. All the nurses are very professional and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, comfortable and very pretty, this is my second time using this TCU. Definitely 5 stars. I want to give a shout out to Jeanette and Gabby, it is hard to name everyone since everyone has been amazing and so helpful, my nurse today is is Julie, another wonderful, awesome and caring nurse. All the staff are kind and dedicated to making my stay pleasant, they work hard to see that you have everything you need and everything you don’t need they work hard to make happen as well. They both always had a smile and words of encouragement. If I forgot your name it was not because you don’t matter, you do! They truly are angels. My nurse Sandy and Paul are calm And patient and everything you want in a nurse. Leigh Anne from housekeeping also asked how I was and has high standards for cleaning. Just as an FYI I am an RN and have been so pleased I was able to again do my recovery here. This is a place that is both ethical and caring !!!!!!!! I never feel rushed, I am a talker and they patiently listen as if what I say really matters.i don’t know how Jeanette stays so calm and caring, truly she understands it is hard to ask for help after having a life of independence. I was recently hired at Jones-Harrison and the nursing staff, housekeepers, billing, maintenance, medical records, EVERYONE is so accepting and accommodating. It is an awesome place to work!
