Yoga on the beach was an incredible experience, one of a kind, and core memory unlocked moment. I left feeling at ease yet energetic. It’s beginner friendly. Loved how chill and positive Jason was as a yoga instructor. Lisa greeted us at the front and made a great first impression for us of the yoga studio. I love that you can rent a blanket and yoga mat there. Next time I’m in town, I will definitely take another class here/

I cannot say enough positive things about Heart Yoga! From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with warm smiles and a loving atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.One of the things I love most about this studio is the variety of classes they offer. From Hot Vinyasa flow to Yin yoga, there's something for everyone. Each class feels like a unique journey, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and centered.I can't recommend it enough. If you're looking for a place to nourish your mind, body, and soul, this is it.

This is a very special place run by the kindest people. I am currently enrolled in my 300hr yoga teacher training with Jason of Heart Yoga. Every moment I have spent at this studio & on the beach with heart yoga has been transformational. Jason is an incredible, experienced teacher who makes everyone who enters his doors feel like family. If you’re looking for a yoga home in San Diego, this is the space for you.
