Dr. Chandler is AMAZING! She does a wonderful job of making sure her patients feel heard and explains things really well. The whole team is welcoming and provides excellent care!

Similar to other reviews, I was asked questions during my routine physical which turned into a $325 bill. There was no warning that answering these questions with anything other than “no comment” would result in a charge.
I was at the doctor for a *wellness exam*, assuming they were asking me questions because they cared about my overall *wellness*, not deceivingly scoring add-on charges that won’t be covered by insurance.
I’ve tried to dispute the charges, with no luck. What a terrible feeling when even our doctors don’t care about us as people. Such a slimy practice that I will be telling everyone to avoid.

I go here for medication management. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They take time to listen to your problems and what you need or expect. The place is always clean and they offer public bathrooms. It's also off a bus line so access is available for everyone.

The HealthPartners Nokomis Clinic is wonderful! Helpful staff, clean environment, and Dr. Giesecker was fantastic! I am glad I chose this clinic and doctor as my new primary care provider.

Just had a virtual visit with Dr Chandler and it was so easy to book and she was very very helpful to my knowledge needs. I get overly stressed and always believe I am shouting into a vacuum when I need Health care help. Today I was still stressed while booking it, and when the Dr came online they didn't appear scarred that I was going to be a difficult patient. Another example to add in my not so stressful examples. She has been very present for me in another difficult situation.

had to drop off a lab and didn’t make an appointment to DROP IT OFF (mind you they did not tell me at the urgent care I went too who gave me the lab kit). lady was very rude and wouldn’t take the sample. I’m 17 and it’s already embarrassing enough to have to do a sample, nonetheless have someone shun you. I am in a lot of pain so yes, I didn’t think to schedule an appointment because I have been on the floor for 4 days throwing up. 🙂. Treat your patients like people please.

My wife had an appointment scheduled for months in advance. Today she got a call that the doctor had to cancel last minute. That's fine and understandable since things happen.
What isn't fine is that on that call they didn't offer any reschedule options and told her to go online to reschedule. When she went online there weren't appointments available for months. She called the scheduling center and they still weren't able to do anything other than get her an online appointment.
Again, we understand that emergencies come up, but being so inflexible with patients who have had appointments scheduled for months is a terrible look especially when they need medicine. They need to do better.
If you're looking for a new provider you should look elsewhere unless you want to deal with a terrible, impersonal phone and scheduling system.

I have health partners insurance and I am a citizen. I was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. October 22 I was trying to pick up my dry eyes nose spry and they said we have to pay a $60 co-pay I am wondering why my insurance won’t cover the full prescription even i’m 16 years old

I had a very similar experience as many here. Surprise bills during a physical, lack of kindness from staff, Doctors and call centers. Find another clinic and hospital system. HealthPartners is truly a predatory profit seeking monster.
