I've had many massages over the years, and Tamara is hands down (pun intended!) one of the very best massage therapists around! She listens carefully, adjusts pressure levels if requested, and is a natural healer. I highly recommend her.
Tamara's the best massage therapist I've ever gone to - she was really thourough when asking about what areas you want worked on, what kind of physical activities/work you do regularly, etc., and discussing how those affect different muscle groups and what areas you might want worked on (ex: I've had issues with my right shoulder and she suggested massaging my pectoral muscles, and showed me some exercises for them because constantly being on my phone is also hard on them and not just my shoulder, haha).

Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Tamara was professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. She listened to what my body needed and delivered a relaxing yet effective session that made a real difference. I left feeling refreshed, and genuinely taken care of. I highly recommend!
