Just had my first cleaning. First, I love that they send two cleaners which cuts the cleaning time in half. They communicated well prior to the cleaning, arrived on time, and were extremely friendly while remaining professional. Most impressively, they did such a good job preparing (a video call interview and run through of the house) and asking question when they got here that they didn’t need to touch base with me at all during the clean. Also, they were so quiet I forgot that they were here! For anyone who works from home and is concerned a cleaning service will disrupt their work day - these are the cleaners for you! We had a team in to clean all of the basics. Everything looked great! It's nice to have a thorough reset that will be easier to keep up. The team was professional, did a great job, and worked efficiently which allowed time for a few extras. It's good to support a worker-owned company with great values.
