    I don’t have anything good to say about this place anymore. I’ve been coming here for many years and it’s drastically gone downhill and will be finding another dentist for my family. The last 2 appointments there hasn’t been a dentist on staff and they don’t bother to tell you ahead of time. What’s the point of going to the dentist if there’s no dentist. They will also call you the day before or day of to tell you they need to reschedule your appointment for various reasons and then they can’t get you back in for months. Beware if you come here to call ahead and confirm they have the proper staffing to handle your appointment! My last appointment I showed up and the ONLY dentist on staff was out on leave for another 6 weeks. This most recent time they asked if I could wait around for an hour because the dentist “usually doesn’t come in until 9am”. When leaving last time two of the staff workers were braiding each others hair.

    Terrible clinic! Service is zero!!! I booked an appointment for my child six months in advance for 12 PM. They sent me a notification that they would see him at 12:20 PM. I arrived early, and they told me that they had called me yesterday, saying that my appointment was at 12:50 PM. Although nobody called me at all! In the end, they called me in at 1:05 PM. I waited in line for an hour and they didn't do anything for me. The woman at the reception is unpleasant and unwilling to compromise. My child is small and was nervous because he waited for an hour, they saw this and didn't offer me to go for the cleaning at the scheduled time! In the end, they gave me a sheet of paper so I could register at another children's clinic. I absolutely do not recommend this clinic. Even one star is too much for them!

    This place is the worst, it's one of the few places that take my insurance. Thankfully I was able to find a different place. But it is impossible to reach the office, they NEVER answer the phone. The staff are rude and condescending. They tell you an appointment time and then change it without your knowledge then penalized you for it. The dentist is good but there's only one so she's always busy. I am sad because I used to like it there but not any more. It causes me too much stress and pain.

    Blatantly lied over the phone about scheduled time for appointment. Sent my wife a text message with a completely different time than what they told us. Left her a very rude voice mail. Told us we were late for a time when my kids are still in school. Which i dont schedule since it counts towards r canceled on me before while I was pulling into the parking lot. Would have been nice to know before i left work and had to make up time missed because of their lack to do a simple task. Inconsistent date times written on the card they would give me. Arguing over the phone while I have proof of them being wrong. Lied about contacting my phone directly. Never left a voice mail or a text message to phone. Tired of the attitude and talked to several other people who have ran into the same issues.

    Pretty dissapointed... I had an appointment this morning for a cleaning and they denied me because I am pregnant. They said that they couldn't do it because I haven't gone in two years and need to have a full exam with xrays... I am advised by OB to have my teeth cleaned during pregnancy so that's what I did. They should be able to perform my teeth cleaning I had scheduled. I don't need a full exam. They had me reschedule for after I have the baby.

    Went in for emergency crown, closest office to my home that accepts my insurance. First they forgot to actually write down my appointment after calling, so when I showed up, I couldn’t be seen. Hours later they called to say they can see me, needed full payment upfront.

    I went to see the dentist, they took impressions, fitted a temp crown, told me they would call next week with permanent crown.

    They never called, a month later I called to be told they “lost” my impressions and I needed to re do the procedure.

    From first appointment to final crown it was 3 months. They dropped the ball every time they had it.

    6 months later, I was sent a bill for the remainder. The crown they fitted me with cost extra, something I was never once informed of.

    A terrible experience. No one should be treated like this.

    My son went here for a dental procedure. I paid for my son's dental visit and then my insurance reimbursed me afterwards. However, the insurance sent the payment to this office. They kept the payment and never sent it back to me despite repeatedly telling me they would. Not a trustworthy place.

    I have been going to this Gentle Dentistry for about 4 years now and have had excellent treatment each and every time! Everyone is professional, extremely knowledgeable and thorough!
