They switched floors from 2 to 11 so Anthony came down to meet me. He diagnosed and fixed my Mac right away. Great guy and a pro through and through.

It was pressing because I was on a work trip. In and out in under 15min.

Needed our personal MacBook Pro fixed. They described all possible outcomes and costs, then we discussed what route was best. We left feeling fully informed. We later were contacted and they had played with the computer a bit more before sending it to Apple and were able to find a solution that was faster and cheaper than what we discussed. They displayed all the qualities I like in a business, so we will be going back. The only hard this is finding them- head in the Main Enterance door and go to 2nd floor to #285.

My Macbook keyboard was not working properly and I had literally less than a week before flying out to China for a year. I took it to The Foundation to get it checked out because the Apple stores around me had no available appointments. Dan went out of his way to help me even with the limited timeframe I gave him. My laptop worked like brand new after his help! I cannot say enough how thankful I am to have brought my macbook to Dan instead of the Apple store, who would not have have cared for the limited time I had (I know this because I tried going there). Dan made sure that I understood what was happening to my computer every step of the way and communicated everything to me in a timely matter. He was professional, at the same time passionate about helping his customers. My macbook's warranty took care of the parts and apple took care of the service cost, I paid zero out of my pocket. In short: I highly recommend this place because of the wonderful customer service that I received!
