I was along time customer but in 2021 Tax Year my taxes were never filed. I sent many emails, left voice messages to no avail. No response from the company. I would like to get all my tax papers and all my personal papers back from this company. I don't want my personal information laying in her office where anyone might come in and get this info. What can be done to get my personal papers back to me?

Jane Hensen disappeared and didn’t finish our taxes in 2022 and now we’re still unable to get our documents back. I would not recommend going with Five Star Tax Service

We delivered all of our Tax documents and haven’t heard from her in over a year after numerous phone calls. Zero response.
