Joined F45, I am not that sporty person, but wanted to improve and tone my shape and health. Love it, variety of exercises, friendly atmosphere, modifications/customizations are available. I feel great and strong and it's just a beginning of my journey.
I was looking for a gym while traveling and decided to give F45 a try. I'm so glad I did! Marc is an absolutely amazing trainer - very approachable, encouraging, and knowledgeable! The workouts were fun and varied, the space was clean, and the class times were very convenient. All the members I interacted with were very friendly as well. I highly recommend F45 Downtown Minneapolis, and will definitely be visiting again next time I'm in town!
Marc is the BEST & the workouts are always different which makes it fun & keeps you engaged. Marc will hype you up & you get personalized feedback in real time which is awesome. I leave feeling great every time. 10/10 recommend!
