I'm with a condo building in St. Paul that has a challenging flat roof (angles and partitions and cornices and you name it), and we've worked with Englund for several years now. They're honest, skilled, creative, and just plain great to work with. We're currently coaxing along an aging roof with annual maintenance, and they've helped us get far more than the expected lifespan, and they never push to do unnecessary work. Bob, Joan, and Seth have all been spectacular.
We had a major issue with our flat roofs—both were improperly installed 11 years ago and had been leaking for quite some time before we discovered the extent of the damage. Thankfully, we found Englund Roofing, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience.
From the start, Seth and the entire crew were incredible. What began as a straightforward flat roof membrane replacement quickly turned into a much more complex project once the old roof was removed and extensive water damage was revealed. The spray foam insulation underneath was completely saturated, like a sponge, and there was no obvious fix.

Bobby and Jimmy were on it working at our shop. Extremely caring about customer cars and even our personal cars. These guys are a class act. Any issues that came up Bobby was up front and honest and had no problem setting it straight. These are the guys I would do business with if I ever had too. They were seriously the best and went above and beyond. Anyone else that worked on the roof good job.
