Scheduled my husband and appointment a month in advance but before doing so, I ask the therapist do she do men because of her religious beliefs. She said yes I just have to wear gloves. The day before the appointment at 9pm he received a call saying she can't do him because he's a male. I was so pissed, told them I wanted to cancel my membership they said a manger would call me within 48 hours. And of course she said she could not cancel the membership but she could set him up with someone else. REALLY THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. I WILL NEVER GET A MEMBERSHIP WITH THEM AGAIN

I was a regular customer at Massage Envy for 9 years until late this summer. I saw multiple massage therapists during that time. During my last two visits to a regular - and valued - massage therapist, he exposed himself during the session touching my arm with his genitals. The first time it happened, I thought I must be mistaken but the second time it was clear. It was very difficult to report this but I did. ME utilized a third party who "investigates" the incident. I visit often when I'm back in town from Florida . I've tried 4 different therapists and have loved each one . Today's visit with Tonie was just spectacular!!! Her warm personality was such a treat this morning to start my day off and while she had such kind and soft hands , she sure knew how to get every ache I had . I also want to thank the staff for always being so friendly at the front desk . You guys sure are great !
