Dr Zastrow and team has taken great care of my eye needs for many years. Special shoutout to Lauren who helped me pick new glasses. She knew what styles work best for me and helped me quickly find a pair that I like. I am very happy with the glasses and the level of service Downtown Eyes provides.
Great experience overall! Their equipment is top of the line and the most advanced I have seen. Staff were very friendly. The location cannot be beat if you live or work downtown. I am able to schedule appointments and walk through the skyway during my lunch break. They also have a fantastic selection of frames. Highly recommend!
Really love my eye doctor, and I her entire staff is super helpful. Find a great pair of eyeglasses. They remembered exactly what I was looking for and called me when a trunk show came in with something very similar. I am very happy with my purchase.
